Both email hosting packages come with unlimited email accounts as well as antivirus and antispam filtering. You can have unlimited domains hosted on each package. Both packages also allow you to set up auto responders and have a catch-all email address. All of this is easily manageable via our web-based control panel.
The key to deciding which email hosting package to choose is based on how much disk space you need. We recommend between 100 MB and 1 GB of disk space per mailbox.
How much disk space do I need?
5 GB: Best for home or small office use with enough disk space for up to seven email users.
20 GB: Best if you run a medium-sized business and have up to 30 email users.

How do I set up my email accounts?
After your account has been activated, you will receive an email containing your control panel details. Mailboxes can be created, removed and updated here.
Once your mail accounts are set up on your control panel, you can get going with webmail or set up a mail client (such as Outlook Express) to connect to your mailbox via POP3 or IMAP.
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
You can upgrade or downgrade your web hosting package at any time simply by logging into your Customer Zone and choosing your new hosting package. Upgrades are instant; downgrades are activated at month-end if initiated before the 20th of that month.
And since there are no contracts, if you want to cancel your email hosting service, you can just give us one calendar month’s notice – it’s as simple as that.
